Publisher review:
XML World Timezone Clocks is a very light weight (7kb) world/timezone clock. This is a very light weight (7kb) world/timezone clock. All you need to do is add the cities and their timezone offsets into the xml file and upload. You don’t even need to open the flash file. You can also customize how many rows and columns, size of the resizable vector analog clock, and the x and y distance between the clocks.

If the city, state, or country that you are using uses daylight savings time, you can set the start and end dates so it is never wrong. It has a black face, white hour and minute hands, and a red second hand, but are easily customized in the flash file.

There is a sun icon to signify am and a moon for pm. All of the actionscript is self contained so you can use it on its own or drag and drop it into your existing project.
